The Arthur Armstrong Guarantee:

1. You must be completely satisfied or you may return your purchase unused within 30 days after your receipt.  You are only responsible for the delivery and return freight charges, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
2. If your purchase has been used, and you are not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days after your receipt.  You are only responsible for the delivery and return freight charges, which will be deducted from your refund amount.  We may deduct a service charge of up to 15% of the purchase price from the refund if the product shows visible signs of use.  Please note that no refund can be given if the product has been damaged beyond reasonable repair due to abuse.
3. If the product fails in use due to defective materials or workmanship, within one year after your receipt, we will, at our option, send repair materials and instructions or repair the product free of charge within one year after your receipt.  You are responsible only for freight, handling and packaging.
4. All refunds will be made within 20 days after our receipt of the returned product.
5. THIS GUARANTEE IS LIMITED TO THE TERMS DESCRIBED ABOVE, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXCLUDED.  THE REMEDIES PROVIDED IN THIS GUARANTEE ARE EXCLUSIVE, AND PHOENIX SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
